Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR), one of Europe's most renowned auto racing development teams, has entered a new era in its four-decade history of success. The Netherland-based operation, established in 1975 by Frits Van Amersfoort, has — over the course of the last few years — proudly begun implementing a comprehensive modernisation programme involving major investments and the establishment of new, state-of-the-art, headquarters in order to enhance its involvement in two important development series: Formula 3 and Formula 4. With all the right tools and personnel in place, the management considers the team to be a strong and well-prepared organisation. Peak Performance Management
Formed by two diehard racers who know what it takes to progress up the motorsport ladder, Peak Performance Management (PPM) offers a range of services to aspiring talent.
Driver placement – ensuring the driver is placed with the best teams and engineers to maximum driving development and results.
Series advice – advising the driver and his/her sponsors on an optimal 1-3 year plan to reach their goals as a professional racing driver.
Price negotiation – possessing intimate knowledge of costs and the market so our drivers always get the best contracts and prices.
Contractual advice – getting a professional legal view of all contracts to make sure nothing is missed or left to chance.
